If you require hearing aid batteries through our postal service please send your request with your brown book and either two standard stamps or one large letter stamp to:

Suffolk

Please note that dispensing sessions are strictly 10am to midday every 2nd and 4th Tuesday. We are unable to dispense tubes and batteries outside the allocated session times

We are now running clinics across Suffolk as well as continuing the postal service and drop box service at Wharfedale Road for batteries and repairs.

To access the postal service for batteries or a minor repair please send your request with your brown book (and hearing aids if a repair is required) with either two standard stamps or one large letter stamp to:

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Registration

To use our services you will need to register with us first by clicking on the link below. If you need help call us on 01707 324582 (Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire), or 01473 286060 (Suffolk).
Once you have registered (your date of birth and postcode are used to check if you are already registered), you will then be able to click the on 'book a clinic appointment' to make a booking. To make your first appointment you will need to close the registration page and go back into this page to book. If you need help registering please contact the office Tuesday - Thursday.

Booking a clinic appointment

To book - click on the link below.
Hover over a session to see the venue and click on your choice. Click on 'select time' and enter your date of birth and postcode. To complete, click 'book'. You will receive an email confirmation, alternatively print the confirmation page.
