Suffolk

Please note that dispensing sessions are strictly 10am to midday every 2nd and 4th Tuesday. We are unable to dispense tubes and batteries outside the allocated session times

We are now running clinics across Suffolk as well as continuing the postal service and drop box service at Wharfedale Road for batteries and repairs.

OPENING OF SERVICES IN SUFFOLK

We are delighted to announce that we are able to re-start some of our Suffolk services. The services will not be able to be run in the same was as before Covid, however, we can fully satisfy your hearing aid maintenance needs.

In Ipswich, Felixstowe, Lowestoft, Woodbridge, Newmarket and Haverhill we can offer hearing aid repairs and maintenance.

You can book your hearing aids in for same day repair. In Felixstowe and Ipswich you can wait for your repairs (max. 20 minutes turnaround).

On the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each month from 10.00-12.30pm we will be dispensing batteries and tubing at Wharfedale Road. We do ask that you wear a face covering and enter the building one at a time. There is no need to make an appointment to access this service, but a little patience may be required.
