Our resource centres are drop-in centres where you can can get support and advice on your hearing aid and assistive aquipment.
The resource centres are run on a monthly basis and are staffed by trained volunteers.
The volunteers provide a basic hearing aid maintenance service, including cleaning and retubing NHS hearing aids, replacing batteries and troubleshooting problems.
The resource centres in Hemel Hempstead and Welwyn Garden City can also offer advice on assistive equipment.
Resource centres are run in Bishop's Stortford, Hemel Hempstead, Redbourn, Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City.

This resource centre provides advice on hearing aids and assistive equipment, as well as a hearing screening service. Assistive equipment advice is also available on Thursday mornings by appointment only.
