For battery requests:
Post your brown book to us with a stamp addressed envelope
The return stamp needs to be either a 1st or 2nd class large letter stamp OR 2 x 1st class or 2 x 2nd class standard letter stamps
For hearing aid servicing/repairs:
Post your hearing aid in a padded envelope with your brown book (white card for WSH patients). We will use the same envelope to return your aid, please enclose the correct return postage. A 1st or 2nd class large letter stamp OR 2 x 1st class or 2 x 2nd class standard letter stamps.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR HEARING AID IN IT'S BOX UNLESS YOU ATTACH THE CORRECT POSTAGE - approx. £3.50 EACH WAY
